The Order of Skyhaven Rules & Regs
Membership in the Order of Skyhaven, our wine club, constitutes agreement to the following terms.
COMMITMENT. Membership requires a minimum one-year commitment, consisting of two releases: Spring and Fall. After the initial year, membership renews automatically on a rolling basis until cancelled in writing.
BILLING. A valid credit card on file is required for membership. Your card will be charged automatically prior to each release. Advance notice will be provided before any charge is processed.
RELEASE CUSTOMIZATION. Each release includes a Winemaker's Selection. Members may alternatively choose their own bottles from available inventory, subject to a customization deadline communicated per release.
PICKUP, DELIVERY, AND SHIPPING. Wine is available for pickup at our Willcox or future Bisbee tasting room or at scheduled release events in the Tucson and Phoenix areas. Hand delivery along the Willcox–Tucson–Phoenix corridor may be available by arrangement. Shipping is also available to eligible states when temperatures permit safe transport; we reserve the right to hold shipments during periods of extreme heat to protect wine quality.
CANCELLATION. Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 30 days before a scheduled release charge to bridget@skyhavenwines.com.
SKIPPING A RELEASE. Members may request to skip one release per membership year with at least 30 days notice. Skipping a release does not extend the membership term.
AGE REQUIREMENT. All members must be 21 years of age or older. Valid ID is required at pickup or delivery.
