Welcome to our very first release of Skyhaven Wines! These inaugural bottles mark the beginning of our journey, each one reflecting the unique character of the Willcox AVA and a bit of the Old World that inspires us. Explore what we’ve created so far, and stay tuned, more wines are on the horizon.
Pandemonium 2023
43% Grenache, 43% Mourvedre, 14% Syrah
Our wild, no-rules red blend brings a little chaos to your glass (in the best way possible). We handpick barrels from across the harvest each year to create a unique snapshot of the vintage. This year’s vintage leans into our Rhône varietals creating a versatile food wine. Aged for 18 months in neutral oak, it’s smooth, vibrant, and ready for all the crazy.

From the Rhône region of France, Syrah has found a home in the Arizona desert, and it's bringing all the bold, fruity vibes with just the right amount of tannins. With its deep color and vibrant flavors, it's made for red wine lovers who appreciate the good stuff. Aged for 18 months in neutral oak, this Syrah lets the fruit shine in every sip!
