We planted our first vines here in 2023 and haven't really stopped moving since. This is the source — where the grapes grow, where the wine gets made, and where we love to pour it for people who are curious enough to make the drive. Come hang out among the vines.

What to Expect
Tasting Among the Vines
The Keep is a genuine vineyard tasting room — rustic, unpretentious, and surrounded by the land that produces every bottle you'll taste. Our winemaker, Chris, will likely greet you straight off the tractor. He calls himself the Wine Shepherd, and out here you'll understand why.
We pour flights, wine by the glass, and we'll make sure you don't leave empty-handed. Come ready to talk vines and wine — we love that stuff and we will happily bend your ear.

Our Wines
Skyhaven focuses on French, Spanish, and Italian varietals grown at elevation on the Willcox Bench. Grenache, Syrah, Viognier, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, Mourvèdre, and more — Old World grapes with a distinctly Arizona character. No heavy-handed winemaking. Just the fruit, guided carefully to the bottle.
